Chelsea Fan graduated from famous commerce schools in Shanghai China, has 32-year experience in financial, accounting, tax fields crossing US, Canada and China. She has outstanding integrated capabilities on cross board projects, strategy design, international taxes and property investment. Ms. Fan was a licensed CPA in Washington US, and she holds certified securities agent and certified appraiser title in China. She is now heading strategic tax department in large multinational groups’ regional headquarter for 16 years. With the better understanding of the three counties’ culture and business background, Ms. Fan loves to share her intelligent visions on international investments, architecture and project management, as well as wealthy structure design.  Meanwhile, she is a decent tourist who loves both nature and humanity.
