Well trained and battle tested, Yana has extensive experiences and proven ability to manage diverse teams and large/complex programs with multi-million-dollar budget. Work experience includes Oil/Gas Services industry, CRM, KPMG Consulting, high tech startups, and eBay (17+ years). Always set the high bar and overperform, Yana’s core capability is to manage timeline, budget, quality, and risks artfully while focus on deliveries to meet customer’s needs.

Owning multiple properties in beautiful California, Yana over time has developed her passion to real estate investment. Well-travelled and has lived in three continentals, Yana embraces and appreciates rich culture of Asian, European, and North American. She believes modern lifestyle nicely blended historic arts, architecture design, as well as late technology that uniquely represents an individual’s view and present. Sharing common interests with multiple successful projects co-founded, Yana joined Future Relocation LLC. as Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer.

Yana holds a MS in Computer Science and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Her personal interests include but not limited to: hiking, camping, Zumba, reading, and cooking.
