With 18 years experiences in Sino-US and international trading business, including but not limited to e-commerce, manufacturing production and cost analysis, Lily Yang is the owner of the casting foundry, forging shop, and machining shop. She manages warehouse facility with the products sold to US industries applying to mines, hydraulic, farming, construction and oil field. She also co-lead R&D for the most advanced mining equipment system in the world.

Lily successfully leads the deployment of the production site upgrading, financial data digitalizing, productivity improving and cost reductions, among other operational activities.

Being a good learner, Lily is optimistic, cheerful, and detail oriented. She masters in the sophisticated coordination and cross-functional communication. She is a strong team leader with excellent customer service skill. As both COO and CFO of her company, her vision and executional capacity plays the vital role to achieve company goals and success.

With a unique aesthetic taste, Lily enjoys reading, watching movies, and travelling. She strives to reach work and life balance. Lily is fluent in Mandarin, Sichuan dialect and English.
